 3-Axes Cartesian Robots - Hi Performance Right out of the Box Literally take them out of the box, mount them, connect the quick connect cables and you are ready for instant motion! It couldn't be any easier! IAI's ICS Cartesian robots are configured based on two-axes and three-axes models. The combinations consist of the ISP or ISPD (Clean Room) high-performance actuators, which feature exceptional speed, rigidity, repeatability, and payload capabilities. Additional possible combinations include using ROBO Cylinders™, DS, IF, and other series actuators for "Z" axis. IAI also offers four-axes configuration types with a rotating axis to provide theta motion. The ICS is a complete system, including the high-performance X-SEL motion controller and all necessary brackets, cables, and cable management, so they can be installed on your equipment and used immediately after delivery. Various communication options available on the X-SEL controller ensure smooth integration. Fifty-seven standard configuration types are provided, so the user can find the model best suited to your application. Custom configurations are available upon request.
