 Stepping motors are capable of performing high-precision, highly reliable operation without the use of a position sensor. The motor rotates by a given angle each time the current flow to the motor windings is switched through the input of a pulse signal. Oriental Motor manufactures a wide range of step motor & driver solutions to meet the needs of a wide range of applications. Oriental Motor's AlphaStep stepping motor features an innovative closed-loop control and a newly developed rotor position-detection sensor.  The ServoStep is a complete line of integrated motion control products based on step motor technology from the recognized pioneer and leader of integrated motion control, Animatics Corporation. This new chapter in SmartMotor Technology was designed with one purpose in mind, to deliver to the marketplace the most cost-effective SmartMotor possible without sacrificing either features or benefits.  Within the large family of Omron's automation products is a solid line of servo motors and servo motor systems. Servomotors and Servo Drivers are provided for the purpose from replacing stepping motors to high-speed, high-precision control. Models with MECHATROLINK II communications are also provided. Yaskawa has been at the forefront of all-digital servo technology development. The Sigma II Series offers hi-performance servomotors and amplifiers from the ultra compact 10 watt Sigma Mini ranging up to 11kW of power. Yaskawa also offers a complete line of compact single and multi-axis motion controllers including distributed motion and I/O control platforms. |
