How to Schedule Your Lunch & Learn

Terms & Conditions

• Purchase Orders - Written customer purchase orders will be accepted from customers with open account with Valin - Automation Controls
• Major Credit Cards will also be accepted
• Cancellations – any cancellations received in writing two weeks or more prior to the scheduled start date will allow for an alternate training date to be scheduled or a refund for our instructor’s time. Any non cancelable hotel or other off site deposits not refunded to Valin - Automation Controls become the full responsibility of the customer.
• Shipping of Training Materials – depending on the type of training requested, shipping of training materials may be required. Valin - Automation controls will summarize the total shipping & handling charges to and from the training location and itemize freight charges on the trading bill
• Travel & Per Diem – Should travel of more than 50 miles be required of the Training Instructor, Travel and per diem charges will be itemized and provided as part of the total training bill
